API and Quick URL

sURLz includes an API and quick URL function. The API is generally designed to be used for programming purposes, and an address can be shortened by visiting http://surlz.net/api.php?url=http://example.com. All the API shows is the text of the shorter URL, therefore it is not user friendly and should only be used for programming purposes. The quick URL does the same thing, but has our full interface, and can be accessed at http://surlz.net/quick.php?url=http://example.com.
